Positive thinkers, problem solvers, kindhearted helpers, energetic explorers; that is exactly how I would describe my third graders. My students are interested in soaking up as much knowledge as they can and love to share their learning with others. They know that progress and growth are key and they believe in the power of YET. They understand that it's not about being better than someone else, but instead it is about being better today than you were yesterday. Third grade is a huge year for social, emotional, and educational growth. My students are leaders among their peers, going out of their ways to help others succeed. These kids teach me just as much as I teach them every day, and I am so lucky to spend my days with them. In short, these kids are absolutely amazing!
