My students live in a community where school comes second; trying to feed their family comes first. Many of my students do not have the luxury of going to the public library. Because many of my students' parents work two or more jobs, my students need the school library to supply them with the books necessary to complete assignments. Having the books in our library is crucial in completing class assignments.
