My classroom is made up of 65% Latino students, 20% African American, 10% White and 5% Asian. 90% of these students are on free/reduced lunch programs. My school is very small with only one set of teachers per grade. I love teaching in a small school because we truly become a community and teachers get to know all students in the school.
