Our school is Title 1, with a very large portion of our population at or below the poverty line. Despite the income disparity, a large part of the graduating students plan to attend college or go to a technical school. In fact, we have more AP scholars and AP classes than any other school in the district. Also, our school has many transfer students from all over the district, so our diversity is great. Part of our school is dedicated to the Alabama School for the Deaf and the Blind, adding to the diversity of the student population.

About my class
