Go Wildcats! Warner Unified is a small, rural school in San Diego County. Our entire school, K-12 enrolls close to 200 students each year. Our teachers and staff are amazing and we strive to make sure our students have all of the opportunitites that are available to students in larger districts! Our 3rd grade class is a fun group of kids that love to play outside, exploring their environments. My students noticed a beautiful space outside of our classroom and wanted to create a whole school garden! We have begun fundraising and mapping the area and we are ready to go! My kiddos have created a composting program already in the school and help all of the classes during lunch decide what can be composted! We can hardly wait to dig in! We are excited to see what we can grow and learn in our school garden!
