I work at a special public school for students with behavior problems. My Special Education students struggle with their attention and focus. Most are visual learners. A document camera makes an enormous difference in engaging students. The camera I have been using with significant impact is broken and not going to be replaced. Document cameras are reliable and simple to use. Not having one feels like going back decades. We are limited in our resources, and my students deserve current technology like their more fortunate peers.
