My project is a fun and memorable way for students to learn. With small groups, students can cooperate with one another to solve clues to move on to the next step. In this lesson, I will be using primary historical documents that students must read and interpret. Once they have interpreted it, they will use a cipher (that I will make at home) to decode the clue to move on to the next stage. These interpretation skills are critical for students in high school and beyond. By creating an entertaining and engaging way to learn, students will be eager to participate and "escape".
