Mostly, I serve students with learning disabilities or other health impairments. Because of their disabilities and attention span, they do not learn as quick or in the same learning styles as their peers without disabilities. They often require for instruction to be repeated several times to obtain the needed information. In a high school with over 1600 students, it is difficult for these students to receive repeated lessons in step-by-step format each time they need it.
