My students all have some type of reading learning deficit which makes it very difficult for them to reach grade level expectations. Despite the many challenges they face, they are eager to learn. My students inspire me every day as they do not give up even though they have to work extremely hard to achieve what most of us take for granted- being able to read fluently.
