Having these digital recorders, exactly the ones utilized for the test, will ease the test anxiety and will allow the students to excel in the exam. The College Board invalidates the voice recording portion of the exam if the students accidentally hit stop instead of pause during each recording. These students don’t have the financial means to buy these let alone pay full price for the exam. School pays for partial of their exam so they can acquire college credit before they enter the university, helping to close the education gap. We want them to succeed on their first attempt on the exam and would like to better prepare them by training them on the digital recorders so their scores are not invalidated due to mistakes of pausing and stopping.
