Our school is located in rural Pennsylvania. It is a low income school with many young families. The 65 students I work with each week demonstrate a variety of communication needs. Many are improving their articulation and others learn new words and ways to express their thoughts. Some of the students I work with can be extremely difficult to understand or do not yet speak for themselves.
