The students in Camden City are underprivileged because they do not have access to computers at their homes and in there is a limited amount of computers for the children to use in the classroom. Having the flexibility of having iPads which allows the students can used the iPad at anytime in our classroom. The iPads are be more mobile and can easily be used in a group setting in the classroom. We currently have Smart boards in the classroom but a lightning VGA adapter would allow the student to display their data on the Smart board and analyze how they are doing in each content area according to the Common Core State Standards. The students will be able to graph their data and interpret their progress.
