My students are problem solvers. They are debaters who come up with creative answers and exciting ideas. They are readers and dreamers who encourage each other and support each other's thinking. Our school focuses on cooperative learning, which allows our students to discuss their thinking and arrive at new levels of understanding. As a class, students work together to answer questions, create displays that show their understanding and coach each other when they need support.
