Do you remember setting up a lemonade or Kool-Aid stand when you were younger? Sadly that rarely happens today in our high-need community and I would like to help these kindergarten/first grade students learn to play with little cash registers. These games can develop skills and will help put meaning behind digits. Also, it will be easier for them to identify their numbers and coins. These young students in our urban community need a little boost to build their number concepts.
