I love to help students find a sense of self-worth, independence, and importance. Often, our students do not receive words of love and encouragement at home. If at least one of my students went home happier than when they came to school that day, then I've had a successful day. Many of my students come from homes with little time spent interacting with adults--whether it's because of work schedules, or various life circumstances. All children deserve to see themselves as smart and successful members of society.

About my class
