Our class library is in great need of chapter books. Our whiteboards will be used daily and are an important part of whole class participation. The seat sacks will dramatically cut down on transition time from retrieving and putting away their laptops a couple times a day. That transition time really adds up and cuts into our instructional time. They will also allow for more working space on their desks. The laptop, when not being used takes up a lot of space. Leaving laptops on the desk to save transition time means I have to keep their desks facing each other so that they do not get pushed onto the floor. This situation leaves me with limited grouping choices in my classroom.
