[Honey is sweet] and so is knowledge, but knowledge is like the bee that made that sweet honey, you have to chase it through the pages of a book.” Help my students be able to chase knowledge through the pages of a book on their reading level. Our school is a Title I school in Harlem, NY that provides free or reduced lunch to approximately 90% of our students. Each of my students need different materials and learning experiences in order to be successful. By bringing just right books into our classroom library my 4th grade students will be provided with an avenue for success and be able to reach their reading goals of reading on grade level. Reading just right books will increase their focus and engagement which will ultimately increase their learning and success to meet their academic goals.
