Our school is designated as Title One. At least 75% of our students receive free or reduced lunch. For many families, it is a struggle to provide basic supplies. As our second graders represent varied backgrounds, materials are needed that can provide differentiated opportunities and promote cultural awareness. Unfortunately, funding is not available to adequately provide those needs. Our second graders are voracious learners who deserve exemplary materials that meet Common Core Standards.

About my class
