My students come to me with varying needs and abilities. This flexible seating corner will allow me to have students choose a seat that will benefit their learning style. It is also a great incentive to maintain engagement and work completion. This space will also foster creative discussions, group collaboration and debate during literature circles. Flexible seating also promotes focus, engagement, student choice and better behavior. Students feel like they have the freedom to choose the space that best suits their needs. When they are more comfortable, they can easily access the curriculum in a fun and creative environment.
