The students at East Union Schools are most excited to learn when they are engaged with the materials! My first grader students are always ready to learn. I feel strongly about providing my students with the most exciting learning opportunities possible.First grade students are young learners so it is important to start their love of learning and exploring at this early age to ensure their success in the future. East Union is located in a low socio-economic rural community. Each grade at the elementary level has double sections of learners. Our school district is made up of five surrounding towns. While these communities are rural in nature, the students do not always have the opportunities to have hands-on experiences with farm animals.
