My students attend a school of approximately 640 students. 35.0% of our students are Economically Disadvantaged. A large percentage of my students are from military families, and have family members that are deployed for a long period of time. This leaves one parent to bear the burden of making sure everything is taken care of at home including their child's education. In addition, my students receive their services in the inclusion class. As you can see, the challenges are great that my students face each day before even entering the classroom.
