I teach k-5 Visual Arts in a school district designed to teach and help students with disabilities. Our students have varying special needs, as a result learning in the classroom must be a multi-modal experience with structure. As all of our students learn in different ways, I would like to enrich the classroom with tools for my students to explore and learn the necessary academic and life skills to engage in school, at home and in the real world.
