Imagine being dropped into a completely different world at the age of 12? You are from Russia, India, South East Asia and the Carribean. These students arrive with strong, old-world work ethics and want nothing more to learn and fit in. They are proud to be Americans and will do whatever it takes to succeed in this country. Sadly, our school is extra large and many students do not have access to iPads or laptops! It would be a huge blessing to acquire a class set of iPads for my students to access technology and utilize it to succeed at becoming hard working citizens! These iPads will help them with vocabulary acquisition and to publish their own school newspaper. Anything you can do to help us reach our goal will make a lifetime difference for how successful they will be in school and contribute to our great country. Gratefully, Ms. Waka
