The students in my second grade class are curious and excited to learn new things. I want to use that natural curiosity that all students have to get them excited about learning new things about the world around them. A lot of my students do not have the frame of reference of anything more than our mid-sized city, and some only the certain routes and areas of town they frequent with their families. With this donation I could bring the world to my students by giving them the background knowledge necessary to open up more avenues of learning for them.
