Salvete amici/ae! Thank you for checking out my Donors Choose page. After many years in higher ed, I began in the fall of 2013 teaching high school Latin in Greensboro, NC. I love it. However, Western Guilford High has had 5 Latin teachers in as many years. The program was once strong, student and parent interest is keen, but I am lacking many basic materials and equipment that could make learning Latin exciting and teaching effective. I studied many years with Reginald Foster in Rome (just google him) and lived for many years in Rome. I would like to translate my unique training and deep knowledge to meet contemporary curricular needs. Moreover, our Cambridge Latin Course has many online ancillary materials that would be great to bring into the classroom, if only I had a projector, a document camera, teachers manuals and expertly created audio-video content. Gratias ago (thank you)!
