My class consists of 6 boys all diagnosed with Autism. Each student is unique and special. They all have different strengths and struggles, so we work one on one and in group settings to ensure each student is receiving the care and help they need. In addition to math, reading, science and social studies lessons, we are always practicing communication and social interactions, a struggle with all autistic students. We are always striving to do our best to provide for our students, but at times this can be difficult since our school is a low income school with limited resources and technology.
