My students already love to read and I hope to encourage that by filling my classroom library with books that they have chosen themselves. All of my kids were super excited about this DonorsChoose project and had a blast picking out books that they wanted to read. The students will be able to choose their own books for reading practice. This encourages them to read and influences fluency in a positive way. I hope to give my students a lifelong love of reading as well as reading skills that will help them later in life.

About my class
