With access to a color printer, laminator, and card stock, I can make engaging communication boards and pictures (icons) for my students with complex communication needs! Color icons are essential to making boards for my students. My students will use these icons to have their voices heard. They will be able to communicate their wants and needs, as well as engage in social interactions with their peers. They will be able to better access their curriculum to help them to be successful within the school and home environment. They will be able to participate in all school activities and not be limited by their communication difficulties.

About my class
