I am an eleventh grade Biology teacher at Noble Street College Prep High School, an inspiring urban college prep charter school on Chicago's west side. Even though we face the same problems of all low-income, urban high schools, our school is nationally recognized for the positive culture created by our students and our extremely high success rate of getting these disadvantaged students into and succeeding in college.

About my class
