My students will benefit so much from working with these tablets. They do not take Regents classes and it is hard to procure school resources for them when they are needed by diploma-bound students. I have many different levels of learners in my classes and I would like to use technology to assist with graphomotor difficulties, differentiation, and high interest academic and work-related lessons. In addition, my ESL students can use them for translation. My students who need help with writing can use the iPad instead of a pen. Groups of students can use a splitter and watch explanatory videos for remediation. Some students can work on projects together. I will be able to run different programs and set up stations to optimize time and interest.
