The students at our school are hard working and intelligent. They come from rural families and have a lot of practical knowledge. They come to my class each day ready to learn something new about the engineering design process, about the challenges that engineers must compete with when designing something new, about the forces that engineers must account for when building a sound structure, or about how they can make their robotic solutions to a real life design challenge better.
