Hi! My classroom has 27 first graders and we are in an urban district in Detroit Michigan. The goal is to get this group of first graders to be reading on grade level by the end of 1st grade. We use a variety of strategies to learn to read such as Moby Max, and I-Ready. However there is not enough technology or working technology for all the students to access during center time. It would be great if the students had more technology like I-pads to foster their learning and stay up to date with the technology and helping the students learn.
