My 4th and 5th grade bilingual readers are looking for a space where they can feel comfortable when they read their favorite stories. They are ready to have a place where they can unleash their minds and imagination. As a part of our Balanced Literacy program, my students read daily by themselves or with a partner during our readers workshop. For this reason, my students need books (in English and Spanish) that inspire them and increases their desire to learn through literature.

About my class
