Our art students are mostly college bound. Some of the students that are involved in the art department are planning on studying art at the college level while others are interested in rounding out their education. Many of the students who take art courses at MHS take art courses for more than one year and many take art all four years of high school. The students have won many awards and recognition in various local and national art competitions.
