We have a diverse student population with some low socioeconomic levels. We are in a suburban blue collar area. Many of our students who play soccer do not have access to organized soccer programs with qualified coaches (as do students in other schools in our district.) We are trying to level the playing field and attract the student who otherwise might not be able to play soccer for a high school team.
