My students attend a Title I public school in California. They are considered high poverty and have very little means. The families of these kids struggle to provide for them. Many parents work multiple jobs to provide a better life for their children. Even with these hardships, parents still find time to volunteer for fund raisers and extra curricular activities. The love and compassion that is taught at home extends to the classroom. This class is just nice. Their kindness is contagious. My students are responsible and intelligent. They arrive curious and eager to learn. As a class, we try to cross the curriculum in order to make our learning meaningful to our lives. We try to use technology to showcase our learning in a 21st century classroom. I know they would genuinely appreciate your support.
