My school is a large junior high school school in a suburb in Illinois. Over half of our students are low income and we have a large English language learner population. Our students are creative and hard working and all are able to be successful in my STEM class. 3D design is very visual and students learn so much math while they are creating their 3D models. Almost all of the students in the school take my technology class at some point during the year. That means almost every student will be able to learn about 3D design and printing!
