My students are part of low socioeconomic immigrant families. Even though they have limited access to technology, they thrive on it. Our school is developing our technology infrastructure. Although my kids have weekly access to the computer lab, having two iPads in the classroom would go a long way to make writing part of their everyday learning. It would also be a fun way to reward and stimulate their creativity.
