Our school is located in a mixed suburban/rural area. We have a diverse student population, with many of our students on free or reduced lunch. Students do not often have the opportunity to access the local public library, which is on the opposite side of our town, and some students do not have the language support at home to develop literacy skills in English. My middle school students have mild to moderate learning disabilities. Their math and reading skills are at least 2 years behind their grade level peers. Nevertheless, my students come to school each day with the spirit and determination to learn. They are curious and inquisitive, and thrive when challenged with appropriate & engaging learning materials. They need help accessing curriculum that is typically outside their reach. Your donation will truly make a difference!
