Our school is located in an area where a large percentage of students receive free and reduced lunches. Family support is difficult at times, but not impossible. I have been at the school for a long time and truly enjoy being part of this community. A part of a school that just happens to be in one of the most beautiful places in the world. I have told anyone who will listen how wonderful my students are. I spend my days with children who support one another. When someone falls, another is there to catch. When a student is chosen for a privilege offered to only one, the others clap instead of moan. I see kindness each day and feel so lucky.
