When we switched to remote learning last year we learned a lot about our students. Many special needs students rely on visual aids for almost all subject areas. I am requesting an iPad. As I am unable to write on my laptop, many of my Special Needs students are having difficulty understanding new topics. Having one iPad that I could write on for both Math and English would allow students to gain a visual connection to their academics in real time. They would have the opportunity to ask questions as I shows the steps to solving each problem. It would replicate an actual school setting.
