My students are Deaf/Hard of Hearing. Some of my students have secondary disabilities such as autism and mild intellectual disability. Due to their hearing loss, my students have severe language/communication deficits, as well as vocabulary deficits. My class total communication setting. Some of my students are signers, others use pictures, and some are more dependent on reading lips.
