My school is a Title 1 school with over 60% of the population on free/reduced lunch. Experiences with new technology is an uncommon experience for them and they get so excited when they get the chance to use these high-tech devices; it makes them feel like they are on an episode of CSI. They appreciate and care for these high cost items. Many of these students have aspirations of science in college and use of technology helps them feel like they are being prepared for that next step outside of our small town.

About my class
