B. Elementary School presently serves a significant number of low income students. The demographics of this school necessitate a wide range of programs to meet the individual needs of our students. We are designated Title I and the majority of our students are English Language Learners (ELLs). My students vary from ELL levels 1 through 5 to students with various learning disabilities. Therefore, this proposal gives priority to the needs of my students and their learning.
