With your generosity, our students would be able to focus on one of the 5 major domains, Daily Living. Mopping is a daily living skill that students can learn and master at school. The ultimate goal would be for the students to be able to transfer what they learn at school (in this case, mopping) and use it at home. Having a steam mop would make cleaning the floor simpler for those students in wheelchairs who cannot use the generic mop and bucket. The steam mop would be used in our classroom by every student once a week. The students would practice measuring water, pouring it, and twisting the cap onto the steam mop.
