My students are hard working and respectful. They all come from low income homes. Many of them only get two meals a day, which are the ones they eat at school. Their parents work hard to help them with school assignments but many times there is a language barrier. These students speak English at school and other languages at home. They work on different assignments at different paces. Having the materials they need close at hand would help each student achieve at a pace that is comfortable for them.
