The Chromebooks will be used to create a digital classroom experience where students will be able to communicate or interact with the teacher during English Language Arts. The students will be able to use Google applications to create presentations as well as to write content research papers about the different topics studied in class. This year a new writing curriculum, Educating Powerful Writers, has been introduced. Google will be our search engine of choice and Google docs will be used to share their writing. In addition, students will be able to access online reading programs such as A-Z reading, online magazine subscriptions, and other similar online curricular resources. My students and I are ready to embrace upgraded technology into our classroom.
