My bilingual students struggle with comprehension because of their language barrier. Still, they are motivated and want to learn. The use of games, activities, songs, movement, and hands-on makes the biggest difference for them. Once they understand through fun activities, students are able to apply their knowledge to passages and stories. These games will encourage them to keep trying their best even when struggling. The visuals in cards and activities give students the visuals needed to be successful! These reading activities and games will make reading extra fun for my students every single day! We will utilize these games and activities daily in stations, whole group, partner work, and collaborative teams.
