As a teacher, I try to meet the needs of my students by providing them with a quality education. To achieve this, I will create a safe and welcoming environment with tools and materials they need to be successful. The last two years have not been easy for anyone, but especially for children. This year I want to motivate them to come to school and learn. I also want to provide them with meaningful and fun activities that support their individual needs. With the funds raised, I will purchase a variety of incentives to reward their hard work and promote and praise their good choices. Along with the incentives I will buy a swivel task chair for small group instruction, This will allow me more dexterity in small group. I also will buy some math materials such as: a calendar, math manipulatives and mini erasers that can be used for counting, sorting, patterns and graphing. All these materials will keep students engaged and motivated through the school year.
