My fifth grade students are enthusiastic, hard working, and they have a great desire to learn. Our elementary school is located in Michigan and is a Title I school. Seventy percent of our families are economically disadvantaged. Despite low funding and limited resources, our school aspires to help students improve their reading skills across the curriculum, as well as create lifelong learners.
